EDIT: I changed the personalities of the Outlanders. Recently I started to think that some of the Outlanders could have been Scar's daughters (which makes sense why Simba actually exiled them)
(I'm surprised that I haven't thought of such a possibility before Oo)
And yay, Zira's not that dark anymore~

Ugh there couldve been a better way to go about this, and its simple, you take the most aggressive ones and give them trial runs, have guards watching them (Darkstripe and Brackenfur style, from a distance and make it not obvious) and try and have your own few one-on-ones with them, if they mess up, or kill, you punish them, but not when ones grieving and doesn't know who you are and has good reason to not believe you, and when the others genuinely didn't do anything (pretty fucked up to say they're just like scar too...)
